Acoustic Panel — PET Felt Board

The Carve Acoustic Panel is a decorative sound-absorbing board made of 100% polyester (PET) fiber, thermo-pressed from recycled plastic bottles with no added glue or formaldehyde. It is non-toxic, odorless, and easy to fabricate — cut, bevel, CNC-rout, laser-engrave, or print directly on the panel. Use on walls and ceilings wherever speech clarity and echo control matter.

Installation & Handling

Easy to Install, Flexible to Design

Bond to flat, dry walls or ceilings with construction adhesive, or mechanically fix. Battens create a rear air cavity for higher absorption.
