Our Core System · Factory-Built Wall, Floor & Roof Panels · ICC-ES ESR-5709 · 2015–2024 IBC / IRC
The Carve Panelized Building System is our core solution: factory-assembled, code-listed wood-framed wall, floor, and roof/ceiling panels that crane into place in days, not months. The platform is prefab-friendly and finish-agnostic — interior and exterior finish systems install directly onto it, and it is not limited to any particular material or system.

Every panel is produced under ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 certified quality systems using automated CNC lines — then coded, packed container-optimized, and crane-set on site.
Container-optimized load plans with every component coded and packed to drawing dimensions. Export-compliant documentation included.
Carve provides complete design assistance coordinated with your builder and engineer of record — so the structural system, panel production, and construction documents are all aligned from day one.
